As a mature property, Thousand Palms has the advantage of unusually large RV sites, most under the shade of mature Live Oak and Palmetto Palm trees but some in fully sunny sites with no overheads of any kind.  We offer three kinds of RV sites:  Standard Sites, Full Hook Up Sites and Premium Sites each of which is described below:

Standard Sites :

Standard Sites are our least expensive but are still very nice sites.  Standard Sites are back in or pull in sites that offer 30 amp electric and water service.   Many of these sites are located in the sunny grassy areas  around the pond and others near the Dog Park.  Others are tucked into cozy wooded alcoves on the Southern border of our property. While Standard Sites do not have sewer connections, a dump station is available for use by short term visitors and free pump out service is provided twice weekly for monthly customers on Standard Sites.

Full Hook Up Site are back-in,and pull-in sites with 50 amp electric, water, and sewer connections.  Full hook up sites are in grassy areas and have concrete patios.  Cable TV is available on Full Hook Up sites.

Premium Full Hook Up Sites:

Premium Full Hook up Sites are both pull through and back in sites, many in full sun areas of the resort.  Premium sites are served by paved roadways.  Sites include 50 amp electric, water, sewer, on-site WiFi, cable TV, and concrete patios.
