Daily and Weekly reservations can be guaranteed with a credit card hold. Monthly reservations require a $300 deposit which can be made over the phone using MasterCard or Visa.

Cancellation Policy - Snowbirds:

• All reservations are cancellable prior to 60 days of your arrival date. Deposit less $100 cancellation fee will be refunded.
• Within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date, reservations cannot be cancelled but they can be changed to another date within one year of the original arrival date.
• In the event of a “No Show”, deposits will be forfeited and/or your credit card will be charged.
